Nissan Ariya in the snow ready to go around the globe.

The World Will Witness Nissan’s Ariya Rise

Written By, Brad R

Sometimes automakers like to make a grand jester when a new vehicle comes to their brand. An all-new vehicle launch is meant to catapult sales and make some name recognition for buyers to reconsider any purchase they might make and instead change to a more impressive or intriguing option as a final choice. NowCar has learned Nissan plans to do both when they announced plans for their all-new 2023 Nissan Ariya EV crossover. The Nissan brand has a goal to do things with the Ariya SUV no other EV has; become the first car to actually go from the North Pole to the South Pole on all-fours.

Nissan Truly Plans to Go Around the World

Nissan has just partnered with British adventurer Chris Ramsey to go through with the 17,000-mile trek from the top of the Earth and head south. Along the way, Ramsey and his all-new Nissan Ariya will pass through a slew of wild terrains and temperatures as they will become the first team to go between the Earth’s magnetic poles and make the impact Nissan believes will inspire consumers to opt for their all-new 2023 electric crossover.

Along the way, Ramsey and his modified Ariya e-4ORCE will move across the Arctic into North, Central and South America, then finish after landing on Antarctica. The vast adventure will include going from snow-capped glaciers and mountains to deserts with sharp dunes and everything in between along the way. Nissan knows their new line-up will add some PHEV choices to adapt consumers to hybrid technology between now and that new era fast approaching when the global market comes back to normal after years of production woes no-thanks to the coronavirus. After one of their best fiscal years in 2021, the Nissan Co. has predicted their 2022 outlook as growing three times larger than their forecast was originally presumed. So far, they are off to a wonderful beginning to this year. We have the 2023 Nissan Ariya EV debut to look forward to later this year. These new Nissan concepts were shown at the 2022 Chicago Auto Show this year. Curious to see the latest and newest Nissan vehicles? Buy from wherever with our help at NowCar today!
