Available this fall, the Chrysler Pacifica will be the first minivan that offers a hybrid engine. While we are still waiting for exact numbers on the new vehicle’s fuel efficiency, the van is estimated to have a range of 30 miles on only electric power a combined fuel-electric economy of 80 MPGe.

The 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is the world's first plug-in hybrid SUV and it currently the best-selling vehicle in several European countries. Equipped with four-wheel-drive, the Outlander is not only fuel efficient but it is also powerful and has capability to travel through tough terrains. The Outlander PHEV can travel up to 32 miles from pure electricity and when in hybrid mode, the vehicle maintains low emissions and has a combined fuel efficiency (MPGe) of 47.51 miles per gallon.
