Newest 2020 Vehicles Expected To Arrive Before Summer

Written By, Brad R

What will the roads look like in the future? Well, the future is coming sooner than we all expected. Many brands are launching new vehicles in the upcoming decade. The latest 2020 vehicles are starting to show up on the roads and many of them will be available for purchase through NowCar. We’ll take a look at a variety of the latest 2020 vehicles coming out from various dealerships and gain a glimpse on the newest vehicles expected to be released soon.

2020 Kia Telluride

A very unusual name for the newest SUV by Kia. The largest crossover of their collection will a respectable 23 combined mpg and front-wheel drive. With room to fit eight, the Telluride debuts with a 3.8-Liter V6 that provides 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. An optional all-wheel drive can be used for the 8-speed automatic transmission. A car-like unibody separates this vehicle from others and the optional 10.3-inch touchscreen highlights a gorgeous interior. A wireless charging pad, a multi-Bluetooth system can connect up to two devices at the same time. The Telluride will have four trims (LX, EX, S, SX) with the pricing beginning at $32,735 MSRP, its expected to compete with Toyota and Honda and the latest Hyundai crossover SUV.

2020 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer

The Jeep Wagoneer is set to return to the streets and off-road trails. The iconic Jeep vehicle manufactured from 1962 to 1991 became the first luxury 4x4 vehicle, but the new 2020 Jeep Wagoneer has gone through significant changes. The overall body style never changed over the 30 years the Wagoneer was in production. The SJ model of the Jeep Wagoneer is regarded as one of the most prestigious and inquired SUVs for vehicle collectors, specifically from the 1986 to 1991 model years. One area that’s expected to be greatly improved is the fuel economy. The last time Jeep produced the Jeep Wagoneer in 1991, the fuel economy of the vehicle was weak at best, with 10 MPG in the city and 12 MPG on the highway. We can expect better numbers when the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer come out.

The two Wagoneer vehicles are each expected to return as a 2020 model. The Wagoneer had a nearly thirty year run the first time around, so expectations are quite high. Both of these Jeep vehicles are set to be a luxurious three-row vehicle. At least one of the vehicles, if not both, are expected to carry a 6.2-Liter V8 engine under the hood, according to Road & Track. The Wagoneer vehicles will be a body-on-frame full-size SUV with its powertrain most likely be paired to the 8-speed automatic transmission. The engines will carry an impressive 717 horsepower as well; very impressive.

2020 Jeep Gladiator

Jeep isn’t done just yet. Jeep is set to take over the pickup truck segment with its first pickup in nearly three decades (since 1992). Those who have loved the look of the Jeep Wrangler over the last 75 years can now enjoy having a truck bed added while still being able to handle the rigors of off-road travel. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is the perfect blend of work and play and offers Best-in-class towing with 7,260 maximum towing capacity. Not available during the launch, but down the road, there will be a 3.0-Liter turbo-diesel V6 that provides 260 horsepower and an impressive 442 lb-ft of torque.

Owners that love the design of the latest Jeep vehicles will love the Gladiator. The 2020 pickup will fit seamlessly into the Jeep catalog, but be the first one customers want once it is released. A 60” steel truck bed with Wrangler build style and large 33-inch off-road tires are just the beginning of what makes the 2020 Jeep Gladiator so attractive. It’s expected to have prices in the low $30,000 range, but exact figures have not been released yet with a release during summer expected.
