Jeep has found their way to go from exclusive Willys Edition special editions to other trims available for the 2023 model year. A new Off-Road Group created and sold exclusively for the Sport trim bundles trail-focused perks at a massive discount is being ramped up for production. The kit adds the Auxiliary Switch Group, presently a $495 option on the Sport, including four programmable auxiliary switches, a 240-amp alternator, and a 700-amp maintenance-free battery. Among the perks available, there are some that are not added. 

Jeep has made word known regarding the items that are not included. The other three items are not to be optioned on the Sport. Those items being an upgraded sport suspension, 17-Inch x 7.5-Inch black aluminum wheels rather than the Sport's steel rims, and 32-Inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain KM2 tires instead of the 31.5-inch all-seasons packed on as standard. Mopar Insiders has revealed the package will cost about $895, saving 60% off for the solo price of more than $2,000. Editors at Motortrend mentioned some features that will not be optioned for the Sport at any price, but for now, owners can opt for a lesser trim and still gain many of the perks offered for some of the higher trims. This option is predicted to be available for customers to gain access to early this year along with some of the largest SUV entries they have ever produced.

That totaled to more than 43,000 Wrangler 4xe models purchased in 2022 alone. Compared to 2021, this was a highly productive raise to as much a change we’ve witnessed in a single year of sales. The total figure of growth is 46% and that has led the Wrangler 4xe to single-handedly hold the number one top-selling EV spot for 2022 total sales.

 “We saw strong demand for our PHEV offerings in the face of industry market conditions that carried across 2021 into 2022, including production constraints and a disruption of parts and materials in general, which adversely affected our overall sales,” said Stellantis U.S. sales chief Jeff Kommor.
