NowCar 2020 Jeep Gladiator Adventure

Have an Adventure with the 2020 Jeep Gladiator

Written By, Jordan R

Now that the 2020 Jeep® Gladiator is arriving at dealerships and will soon be driving on city streets, consumers should know that NowCar also has this beautiful midsize pickup truck available. Not only does the Jeep Gladiator offer the best of both worlds of an off-road vehicle like the Jeep Wrangler, but it also has extra cargo space and even the ability to tow for all those adventurers out there who like to hit the road and set up camp in the wilderness.

Camping Trip

Who doesn’t like a little escape now and then? Some campers like to keep it small, while others like to set up shop for more than a few days. No matter the choice, the Jeep Gladiator can provide. Looking to install a pop-up camper to lighten the load while getting some extra headroom? Based on the Jeep Wrangler, the Gladiator has a removable roof for open air. The standard truck bed is five-feet long, perfect for small tents and pop-ups if staying close to home base.

Speaking of home base, for those who like to feel a little more at home, a standard camper or recreational vehicle (RV) weighs about 5200 pounds alone, with another 1600 in gear, water, plus people. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator has an excellent towing capacity of 7,650 pounds and a payload capacity of 1,600 pounds. Go ahead, load it on up!

Going on an Adventure

Know of a secret spot that gets away from the city life? Need to trudge through the dirt and the mud, maybe even cross a river? Or maybe just going trekking. The Gladiator has an approach angle of 43.6 degrees, breakover angle of 20.3 degrees, departure angle of 26 degrees, and a total ground clearance of 11.1 inches, able to traverse all sorts of rocky terrain. If the trails are really tough, the Jeep Gladiator comes with its own Rubicon trim, outfitted with an upgraded 4-wheel-drive transfer case with gearing for low-speed off-roading, Fox shock absorbers, locking front and rear differentials, a disconnecting front sway bar, and taller fender flares. Beefy all-terrain tires and the ground clearance offer 30 inches of water fording.

Since anyone going through water or mud is going to end up with a dirty windshield, visibility will be low. Jeep has a camera built into the front grille of the 2020 Gladiator to always offer the driver some visibility. Plus, it’s very convenient. From within the vehicle, the driver can clean the camera lens with a push of the button, turning on a camera lens washer was also built into the grille.

Keep the Party Going

Yes, the Jeep Gladiator offers some of the best entertainment features on the market today. Not only can consumers get a packed 2020 Jeep Gladiator with Uconnect 4C with Navigation, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, all on an 8.4-inch touchscreen. It also offers drivers and passengers to keep their music with them once they get to their destination, say a campsite or the beach. An available industry-exclusive, behind the rear seat, is a docking station for a removable Bluetooth wireless speaker. It detaches easily, and when charging, it acts as a tenth speaker to add to the tunes.

Sounds pretty great, doesn’t it? Well, what are you waiting for? Start shopping for a car online with NowCar and contact us if you need any help to get the best deal for a new 2020 Jeep Gladiator.
