Colors of Spring Available on Dodge and Ram Models

Written By, Chloe L.

Just in time for spring, Dodge and Ram have both announced special-edition colors that will be available on select car and truck models.

Dodge is bringing back ‘Go Mango’ to the full line of 2016 Chargers and Challengers. While “Go Mango” is currently available on 2016 Dodge Dart models, the unique orange-based hue has had limited use since it was originally introduced on the 1970 Challenger. Dealerships (including NowCar) are able to start ordering ‘Go Mango’ Charger and Challenger on all trims.

Ram "Yellow Rose of Texas"Ram’s special-edition color is “Yellow Rose of Texas” and it will only be available in the Texas market. The color will be offered in 4x2 and 4x4 crew cab versions of the Ram 1500 Lone Star, which is also only available in the Texas. Ram’s special
offerings to the state show the company’s appreciation and desire to remain one of the top truck brands in Texas, home to the most truck drivers in the nation. Production of the yellow trucks will begin in April.

Bright and bold colors are definitely a signature element to the Mopar brand, which includes Dodge and Ram. Originally started as a parts company for a select group of brands, Mopar has grown into a large community. The signature Dodge and Ram paint colors are directly associated with high collectability and the famed “Mopar-or-no-car” legacy.
